If there's a physical median, I'll keep rolling. If there's just an empty median/ turn lane, I'll stop.

If I'm heading east and the emergency vehicle is heading west, I look for a turn signal (to make sure the EV doesn't need to cross my path). IF I do not see a turn signal, I keep on rolling.

I always stop if at an intersection, though.

I get pissed off when I pull over for an ambulance coming behind me and then a bunch of cars get behind the ambulance and don't try to let you back on the damn road

So even though we were both considerate enough to let it pass us, you just don't give a shite to let other other cars resume their operations
