My statement stands to a certain extent. Just change it to "I was raised in a Christian community so it must be the correct religion." Christianity is normal for you. You see it everywhere. Most of your friends and family are Christian. What other religions were you seriously exposed to? You only had one real option.

I don't understand how you can completely disregard (and ultimately condemn to eternal damnation) 2/3rds of the world's population because they were unfortunate enough to be raised in a community that believes in a different religion.

I guess this is why religion threads are banned on TD. Neither side understands the other.
