Rocket would have you believe the correct "hormonal balance" allows you to defy the laws of thermodynamics.
I assure you this Asian man cannot overcome physics by simply adjusting hormone levels, but rocket's brain has been subject to significant entropic effects in the years I've seen him post.
ETA: I'm waiting for rocket's response after he googles "entropic"

I haven't been on a low carb diet for months and follow a IIFYM style diet now at at 40/30/30 macro split.
congrats, i told you to do this 4 years ago
god damn man
Even when he was "taubes" -ing it, he wasn't. All he would do is complain. Congrats on blaming a diet on a guy who wasn't even following the diet. When he actually did, he lost weight.
It is funny you mentioned the "laws of thermodynamics" because this study proves otherwise. And since in the Food Board someone was lazy enough to not scroll down to the bottom and read the conclusions: "The second law of thermodynamics says that variation of efficiency for different metabolic pathways is to be expected. Thus, ironically the dictum that a "calorie is a calorie" violates the second law of thermodynamics, as a matter of principle." even further..."Metabolic advantage with low carbohydrate diets is well established in the literature. It does not always occur but the important point is that it can occur."
I think I got this from the Eades blog

Are you this gullible all the time or just in cases of ridiculous confirmation bias?

But like all work out and meal plans, he got a better tan.

Depending on what I feel like eating that day, I usually eat between 3500 and 5000 calories each day. Don't work out, and don't gain weight. It's called metabolism
Posted on 9/6/16 at 3:25 pm to rocket31
I don't eat carbs and I make #gainz all over. It was the carbs holding me back broheim.
