Maybe it's a product aimed at people who are happy with their bodies and want to maintain their build for a year and a half.

I can do nothing but pushups for 30 days and get better results.. Dude better hit a cycle or 4 if he really wants to bulk up.

He didn't eat enough calories, simply put.

Some guys have to eat insane amounts of calories to put on weight. A former roommate of mine would not gain weight unless he ingested somewhere around 5-6k cals/day.. I don't remember exactly how much he ate but he was drinking 3 mass gainer (re: 1000-1200 calorie) shakes per day on top of eating about 2,000-2,500 cals to gain weight at about 1lb/week while doing 0 cardio and strength training 4 days a week.

LINK /

Look at his logs.. a few days he at like 4,000 calories, but most days he was eating about 2,000/day. That's not much of a mass gaining diet, particularly when coupled with his exercises..

oh, right, the guys who defy the laws of thermodynamics.

anyways, youre the poster child for this thread; youve exercised for years and followed taubes advice for years, but yet, here you are, still looking like an overweight slob

its your hormones, not your carbs.

inb4 gary taubes is my idol

I'm just speaking from personal experience. I can't explain why my former roommate had to eat so much to gain weight, but he did. Perhaps he had a worm or some shite and I didn't know

Can you have a reasonable discourse over a topic without personally insulting someone?
