I had my first kid when I was 35.

This girl will be 30 when her child leaves home to go to college.

Guy I worked with had a kid at 19 and his wife was 18. He knocked her up again 2 years later. The good thing is they were done raising kids in their 40's and have the rest of their lives to frick off without younguns.

I knew someone like that too.

They even had a full plan.

He went to school for business knowing his uncle's company would hire him after college. They got married at 18 and got pregnant immediately.

They had three kids when he finished his degree.

She's been a stay at home mom the whole time and he's been going to school and then working the whole time.

But they'll be done with diapers by 25 and in their late 30s when empty nest hits.

**I think it helped for them that he was on a full scholarship to get a degree.

We were busy playing outside when we were 12. Not stuck in front of the TV with sex shoved down our throats at every turn and a whole bunch of porno at our fingertips.

So you didn't know about the playboy stash out in the woods at that age?

There's a tv show about teen moms. There were several freshmen and sophomore girls at my high school that got pregnant.

There's no need for you to be flabbergasted with it. It happens all the time.

sad thing is that the grandmother had the parent at the ripe age of 15. i have never heard of a 27 year old grandmother before.
I think that is one of the more remarkable parts to this story - a 27 year old GRANDMOTHER!

In the UK you need money to do that or be very very smart.

Yeah but back then they raised their children. Now parents just provide room and board until the kid happens to become old enough to move out.
