Third leg you are being an idiot about the pool thing. If you have a fence around your pool and a neighborhood kid climbs the fence or trespasses and opens the fate and drowns you are not liable. It is pretty simple. If you were liable for that then you would be liable for a kid walking into your house and dying because he drowned in your bathtub
