2 things here….
1) There are basically 0 consequences for simple possession anymore.

I was in school there 25 years ago and people smoked blunts all over the place then too. White people, Black people, Asians. Hell, sometimes you’d even catch all three in the same place together smoking blunts.
I honestly don’t feel this is a breaking event recent to the last couple years.

People weren't walking around smoking weed out in the open like they do now. Walking around campus smoking weed on GameDay wasn't a thing at all during that time
