Even if they manage to pass, they remain
Five Jump Chumps, unless they get and stay on jump status.

No shite? I got to B.co 3/325 A.I.R in APR '04. Tabbed/Jumpmaster as a Cpl. Medically discharged in '09. Think I had around 35 jumps.

I never saw a fat Airborne cook or clerk on jump status and actively jumping.

Tell me about your experience meeting "plenty of fat Airborne cooks and clerks ". I'd like to know more about this.

Did I specify "on jump status and actively jumping"? No, I didn't. I thought that was obvious when I excluded Airborne units.

From 1999 on it was at Bragg under 2nd BDE. I think it left 173rd in late 98.

FTR, low level static line mass jumps are an obsolete form of insertion. SOF dudes should just go straight to freefall school and be done with it.

Proud leg. I learned my lesson after the first time I volunteered.

I always like how our company commanders encouraged us to go to these schools such as airborne and air assault but then forced us enlisted to go to wlc or alc. Then airborne and air assault went to the officers.

I had an opportunity to go through EFMB, but I was in my last six months of enlistment and not re-upping. I figured that slot would be better for someone else who would be staying. I regret it somewhat

Yeah I kind of regret not doing it.

I didn't think they'd give me a slot when I decided not to re-up. But I would have enjoyed the challenge and was confident in my ability to earn it. Some people drop bc of land nav

Now I'm starting to wonder if I should have stuck with applying to pa school or pt school instead of ot.

Just didn't want to do a trauma or emergency medicine rotation for pa school.

Gross anatomy is a bitch especially here at Lsuhsc Shreveport, we learn the same things the med school students do in 10 weeks not a whole year like they have
