Have you done any searches on the line, like on Indeed? I would suggest going that route first before trying to find an employment agency.

If you were married and your wife was offered a great professional opportunity, you wouldn't encourage her to take it unless you have something lined up? I would and have, and had confidence in my ability to find another job...worked out very well for all concerned.
