They don't play around in the garden district. They stop and ID blacks that are walking or biking down certain streets in the middle of the night there.

About time they give a complete and accurate description of a criminal. The public deserves to know the closest description they have, not the politically correct one

My favorite are the Liberal rags, like St.Louis Post Dispatch, who will post a story about cops needing help finding a perp, but because he's black, won't give a description. U end up having to go to the Local tv stations web sites to get that.

I heard a girl chased a mid 20s dude with this description away yesterday around 2. He came back at 5ish. I wonder if there's a connection.
