Police force hires selfie-loving 'hot cops' to make law enforcement more popular

Well, it is, but in the Ukrainian city of Kyiv, they've decided that the best way to do that effectively is to have insanely attractive cops.
The new drive, which reportedly saw other, 'less attractive' personnel given their marching orders, has brought in glamorous girls and gorgeous guys.
And they're not just solving crime - these modern police officers are also snapping selfies with members of the public.
As well as adding to their online presence - many of the police now seem to have Twitter and Instagram accounts documenting their good looks - it makes them more approachable on the street, so the story goes.

Not exactly. They fired all the old soviet and russian style cops and replaced them with western cops and running the selfie campaign to show the ppl that the police are no-longer as corrupt and are there to help and not spy on them.
