Police Accidentally Record Themselves Conspiring to Fabricate Criminal Charges

They do this or exaggerate almost every single charge they bring upon somebody. I got pulled over for dark tint after a few beers and refused to blow. Dude tried to charge me with everything he could. Wrote that I was speeding and drove up onto a sidewalk before jerking my truck back into my lane.
Yeah, I made a mistake that I needed to pay for. But frick cops who pull this shite. Which, seems to be a shite ton of them.

Actually, I think they were okay - up to a point. Them discussing his actions that may or may not constitute chargeable criminal conduct was, at least on the surface, okay. That was acceptable police behavior, IMHO.
However, when they got the part where they were going to claim that multiple people were there and they didn't want to stay and give statements - clearly that's the kernel of a criminal conspiracy. The conspiracy is realized if any of them acted in furtherance. If any of them swore to that, that's perjury for which they should be fired and charged. Again, IMHO.
