I thought Budget Blinds was the place but for a handful of windows they only wanted $10 grand. So screw them.
I like plantation shutters but they are way overpriced because our wives will spend our money regardless of value and sellers know it.
Over priced item in my opinion. Budget Blinds ain't the place but it seems in looking at Lowes and other places they are about as high.

No way you get off cheap. We ended up using someone local (who was cheaper then budget blinds). You're looking at $350+ per window depending on the size. $10-$15K to do a house.
