Reporting that the lead agency is assuming the jet is at the "bottom of the sea"

Obviously they have information that will allow them to make this statement.

I can't imagine being on a plane and sinking to the bottom of the sea. This is horrific.

Actually if it's 150 ft of water it won't be that difficult. MH370 was believed to be in 20k ft.
