I don't care about anyone's feelings on the matter, all pit bulls need to be euthanized, and possession illegal. Do this until you breed out the aggression properly like we did with Bull Dogs.

bullshite. Put them on a wild hog. They are catch dogs. Its what they were bred for.
I wouldnt own one because I dont have a need for it but this was America's national dog at one time. Its bad owners that ruined the breed for exclusively fighting .

ALL pit bull owners should be made, under threat of prison time, to bring their dog to a concentration camp and see them marched into a gas chamber. It should be on live TV so that we all can join in the shaming of the owners and the celebration of the breeds demise.

They were never intended as catch dogs. They were bred as fighters.
And there are much better breeds out there that can be used as catch dogs.

Yes, you'll catch some flak. Here's some for you.
Pit bulls are vicious. Period. It's in their DNA. Sure there are other "bully" breeds but how many of those climb into a fricking mini van and maul children.
How many people are responsible owners of pit bulls. Responsible dog owners think pit bulls are a menace.
When I'm old and retire I'm gonna ride around and murder all the pit bulls I can find for as long as I can.

I didn't read the article to know if the mother owned the pit or not. Either way, if you own one and it attacks you should be charged with several crimes up to and including murder as one poster said.
If she did not own the pit, I would sue the owner till they had nothing left. Most home owners insurances won't cover you if you have a pit so their insurance will prob drop them. I'd sue them, and sue them, and sue them again. Then when they are living in a cardboard box I'd sue them for that and when I won it I'd set it on fire and piss on it while they watched.

Hunting dog?
Guard dog? There are better breeds.
