A Pharmacist who lives in Celebration has been arrested, accused of threatening to kill Florida Gov. Rick Scott, whom she described as a "Tea Party terrorist," according to the Florida Department of Law Enforcement.

Ruba Khandaqji, 36, was charged late Wednesday with two counts of threatening a public official and resisting arrest without violence. She was being held on $5,000 bail at the Osceola County Jail.

She has a history of mental instability, according to her arrest warrant, and has come to the attention of authorities at least four times in the past three months, insisting that she be returned to Jordan.

On Monday she called the Osceola County Sheriff's Office and said she was going to hire a hit man to kill the Governor because she wanted to be deported to Jordan, FDLE said in a statement.
