Maybe so. Would rather shame the owner though.

I guess it accomplishes the same.

Maybe start a website for rouge poopers.

I have a decent sized backyard(for my neighborhood) that my dogs can go poop in whenever they wish(we have a doggie door). I still take my dogs on walks as do most dog owners who know the joy their dogs get from a nice long walk.

I'm not a dog owner and even I think that's dumb. The poor mutt needs to see the world, the owner just needs to leave the world as it was.

Exactly, I don't walk my dogs so they can go poop/pee. They have my backyard for that. Exercise is good for dogs. They love exploring the neighborhood or wherever we go walking at. How boring would it be for those poor dogs to just be stuck in the backyard all the time?

People who don't clean up after that dog are the worst and should be publicly stones.

I saw the worst offender this Wednesday. I was at a high school cross country meet and this fat guy (of course) let his dog crap in the middle of where the teams were set up.

He just left it there where parents, coaches, and kids were all walking around.

I had to keep myself composed because I really wanted to say something.

I'll never forget one time while at the dog park this pampered princess type was there with her dog and didn't pick up after it. Someone noticed it and told her she needed to pick up after her dog. She looked shocked at the idea.

Her reply "Don't they pay the Mexicans to do that here?"

I agree. I WAS going to say a yard without a fence but then the PC patrol would jump in to say to control your dog. I was a dog owner in my childhood and not very many people had fences in their yards. The dogs were free to roam the neighborhood but didn't AND they poop in their own yard. Its a win-win for everyone. I would cringe when my children were much younger on the days that we would go to the park as a family to see an area fenced in for dogs.

Can't walk around in downtown Dallas parks for all of the dog shite.

These millennial apartment dwellers think the parks were established to be an animal toilet.

Because they still are dogs no matter how well trained they are. And most people live in neighborhoods were free roaming dogs is just not gonna work. I realize it may be different in more rural type areas though. I'd rather know my dog is secure in my backyard and not at risk of getting hit by a car.

I have my dog in a fenced yard and he almost always shits in someone elses yard when I take him for a walk. It's not like I or any other dog owner can control it. And its not always in a form that can be so easily picked up. If youre so worried about it why don't you spray it down with the hose instead of being such a crybaby.

What kind of sicko would touch dog poo with their hand? It's biodegradable so it stays on the ground imo

Is your dog on a leash? Doubtful.
