It was cool until it wasn’t. I’ve slept with over a 100 coworkers in the last 7 years. Being an attractive man in leadership in a female dominated industry has it perks

In service, you see people at their best, at their worst, and at their most inebriated late night afterwards.

Did it 5x working at a YMCA summer camp and at a local branch during undergrad. No regrets but 10 out of 10 do not recommend. Way too much drama ensued.

Back then, I was a supervisor, manager, and senior manager in a customer service/tech support call center for the largest cable company in America. With over 700 agents in the center, the female to male ratio averaged around 8 to 1. Was like shooting fish in a barrel.
