Scored 2 female coworkers when I worked pizza delivery, but that was a few lifetimes ago now. One of them I nailed in the store after close a few times (no cameras except one up front watching the counter) the other I was never so lucky. Nothing really happened after except gossip at the store. I work with nothing but nasty dudes now, and I'm married, so, zero chance.

Not really a coworker but a fair amount of sex was had in the hospitals overnight about 25-30 years ago.
It was before cell phones and all the cameras everywhere.
People would get tired, be stressed, and even bored. If you were a resident on call - you just told the nursing staff that you were going to get some sleep in an empty room on the hall. If a nurse on the unit was in the mood, she would come into your room to “see if you needed anything”.
Deed done.
Happened to several of my colleagues almost half the nights they were on call.
Only happened to me twice.
So, not really a co-worker because you were always moving to different units. The fact that you had no cell phone or social media (and many of them were in relationships) meant that the fun was no strings attached.
