In town, music really loud and windows up. And I still turn it down at redlights.
On the interstate or back roads, windows down music up.
Now in my younger days, I once got a ticket for noise polution on a game day right by Roul's, and as much as I hate to admit it, I deserved it.

I like to listen to R&R turned up and sometimes my windows are down to get a little fresh air. I'm 30 yrs old and have 2 kids so when I'm driving alone(only to and from work) you better believe I'll do what I want w noooo fricks given. I don't see the issue. I don't have base rattling the lugs off of my rims and I my trucks off at the gas pump..
