When I was in training for the Army we had a guy that, without fail, would try to ask a question that took 30 minutes to answer 10 minutes before we were supposed to go on break. It got to the point where people would throw things at him, try and hold his arms down or just stare him down if he tried to open his mouth right before break.

LOL, it never got to that point. He eventually figured out that he was pissing us off. It got to the point though that you could hear audible grumbling if he even motioned to ask a question.
