OR The Trashiest?

We've all seen it, some scrub comes down from top tier and keeps saying to his fat daughter, my Susanna Lee, these seats sure beat our other ones.

I think other than murder it's the worst thing a man can do. Especially when that inevitable situation pops up and the ticket larcenyier(sp?)gets called out by whomever actually bought the seat. I think you should have to stay in your 7 dollar seats and continuing thinking about how likely you are to die if a strong wind comes through and pushes you the 430 feet down from your section

Are we talking in a 25-50%full venue? Or a sold out / near sold out place where the people who actually bought the good seats need to confront them? Pretty big difference.

If it's some casual kids thing or something with multiple shows that isn't close to full ,it's stupid not to move.

It is ok at a certain time of the game. Like after halftime at lsu, when most seats are empty

No idea

They can't sneak into my suite and I've never been down with you common folk. I'm sure it's great though

Zero difference, except more families losing all self respect in the less packed venue

We do this at the Texas Rangers games all the time, it's a game in itself.

When I used to have season tickets for the Saints we would have to kick people out of our seats all the time, even in ostensibly sold out or packed games. It's annoying and seems kind of shameful thing to pull unless the stadium is obviously clearing out for some reason. I would be embarrassed to try to pull something like that

I went to a Mississippi State vs. GA game in Starkvegas. At like the 5th inning (maybe earlier) you are encouraged to move to whatever empty seat you want.

I had good seats and didn't move but thought that was cool.

Happens to me at almost every LSU game, especially the SEC games. I typically don't get to my seat until right at kickoff. Every freakin time there's some idiots in my seat and they have to act like they're shocked and amazed that they're sitting in my seat. I'd love for one day the perps to say oh shite I was hoping you weren't going to show up. It'd give me a lot more respect for them.

It's pretty much a requirement at LSU games considering 1) most of the people are too poor to afford nice seats and 2) most of the lower bowl is empty by halftime.

Don't try to use big words. If you can't spell it, don't use it. It's trashy

People will bitch about anything. Jesus. People have been moving to better seats since the Roman Collesium. Get over it.

I never have had a problem with it.
"Hey, these are actually our seats"

Cool, process over.

I think later on in an event, concert or game, if it's late in the event the. You're a fool not to take seats you know have been open.

Saw a lot of this last night at the supers at LSU.

That's a damn creative way to spell a word, but it isn't larceny anyway.

It's the old question of who has a better claim to the seat, the person who pays for it or the one who got there first. Personally I say the latter, they obviously wanted it more or else the other person would be there already.
