People next door lighting off fireworks

Sitting on my porch, it's 9 here, and there are 6 cars outside my direct neighbor's house, blasting music and lighting off fireworks. I'm very good friends with the neighbors across the street, and they've got a 6 year old and a 7 year old. I'm sure this isn't the sort of thing they want to hear on a Sunday night. Should I got talk to the partygoers?
For perspective, this is a residential neighborhood in a well respected area.
Also, if it was like the fourth or New Year's, obviously I wouldn't care. I'm unsure of what holiday constitutes lighting off fireworks on September 20th.

If it is bothering you then ask them to keep it down, if it's because you think it's bothering the family next door let them handle it unless they ask for your assistance.

If it isn't bothering you don't worry about it just yet.
If you are concerned for your neighbors, speak to them about it sometime and see if it really bothers them either..
I am sure if it is bothering them enough, they will take action by making a phone call.
I do think if it's after 10 then maybe check into it.
