For perspective, this is a residential neighborhood in a well respected area.
Also, if it was like the fourth or New Year's, obviously I wouldn't care. I'm unsure of what holiday constitutes lighting off fireworks on September 20th.
I bet if you murdered them, the fireworks would stop.

Call the cops and tell them that you think that you heard shots being fired. I did it once and the neighbors haven't lit a single firework in the last 5 years.

hmmmm, well when I used to go pickup in the puerto rican neighborhoods, there was music, tho mostly by the shops and not so much by the homes.
I had a mexican neighbor, couldn't care less about disturbing the peace, he was throwing a party for his child and that was that....
had I slept in the opposite part of the house, we'd of had words
he moved
