I don't use elliptical or treadmill...those are for women and the effeminate. I do squats and deadlifts

To the OP ... It's judgemental people like you who make me want to never set foot in a gym; I'm intimidated enough. And I don't need to do it for weight purposes .. I'm a runner and my goals are not the same as yours and that's ok. Why can't you get that???

You have no idea what the "half assers" may be going through in other areas of their life either. Maybe think before you judge ...

I half-assed after ruptured disc surgery, rotator cuff surgery, AC joint busted, hamstring pull and even after several racquetball sessions in a row. Still going and only looking at OT 5+ in the gym-not checking out the grunters and kids. Sweating my life away..
