With all of the resources the DA has getting an expert to examine those photos should have been easy. It’s in excusable to take that to trial with our confirmed the legitimacy of the photos/.

This is what abuse of process lawsuits are for. The lady falsely pressing charges will be sued and likely the state, too. It won’t bring back the months of his life taken by being in jail, man’s dignity or reputation, but at least someone should be forced to pay.

It’s scary that a jury would convict on no evidence except an accusation. And sick that a DA would not care.
Isn't there lawyers who work for organizations who represent people like this? Obviously I am not a lawyer, but there has to be away to get that man out.
He should write to everyone. Even Netflix, this could be a good documentary for them to have and you never know, they might take interest. If I was the guy, I would try anything possible.

If we do have them (which I'm sure we do) and we don't use them prior to these type charges being filed, that is unacceptable.
Letting it get all the way to trial with a potential life sentence on the table when the DA could have had the image verified as authentic or not is complete bullshite.
