If I had to guess, this is a case of Walker's lawyers trying to take advantage of the daughter, because there's no way she came up with this suit. They're just trying to get a few extra bucks out of this, and she is the one inheriting his estate, so.....the same money pot.

I agree. IMO, girl getting used by money grubbing lawyers and its pretty sick of them to put her through what she's going to have to go through.

Running Scared was pretty good.
And, even though Walker was reckless going 90 mph, that doesn't necessarily excuse the manufacturer for a defective design of the vehicle, especially if you're a manufacturer of vehicles designed to go fast.
I'm not saying their liability is clear. Just giving a different viewpoint.
It's a sad situation and Paul was lucky he didn't kill any innocent bystanders.

I was referring to the 7 Fast and Furious movies.
Full disclosure, I've seen them all.
ETA. He actually lived a pretty exciting life. I watched one show where he was on a boat off the coast of South Africa tagging sharks with that dude who used to have the deep sea fishing show on ESPN on Sunday mornings, Chris Fisher or some thing like that.
