caffeine is very good for you and has a lot of promise with longevity, especially with the study of coffee drinkers that had at least 9 cups per day.
but the issue is people jump way too fast in dosage. for many a white monster with a whopping 120mg of caffeine is too much. so not surprising a 300+ mg drink caused issues
now me....i live by the motto...a gram a day, keeps the doctor away

man, I can knock out a 300mg bang in about 2 seconds and go for a cup of coffee or white monster right after. yall are pussies when it comes to caffeine....bunch of rookie numbers...yall need to bump those numbers up
