can't insulfate crack.

Once it's mixed with water and sodium bicarbonate it's pasty.

.52 is about a half gram. Was the bag weighed with the rock? A cellophane typically weighs nearly a half gram by itself so I doubt that.

Crack is different than coke, because the ratio of coke to NaHCO3 changes. It could be 1:1 it could be 1:6.
Which is why to me it was always odd that it had more significant charges. A gram of coke goes for between $35-50. A rock of Crack goes for $10-100 depending on size.
You would think a $20 rock would be a quarter or a half gram. But the pricing structure is set more along the lines of supply and demand moreso than other designer drugs which usually have set market prices that are almost universal.

Crack is more addictive with a faster half life than cocaine. It is also more common among poorer people than cocaine which leads many to think that the penalties and punishments are more severe. It's just that it's more common among the court appointed set.

You can discuss a case after the conclusion, just not during it.

This was my total understanding. I'm asking generalities ... I have no clue how much .52 grams of cocaine is ... I have no idea how big a rock is ... And no, I'm not a nerd. Just not into illegal activity.

That doesn't matter.

If that was true, jurors in big trials wouldn't write books or give interviews the second they step out of the courtroom.

It was about white privilege, plain and simple.

Probably a lot less. This is 1.0 grams

those are actually not crack rocks in the image but pure coke. Sometimes people are charged for crack, when they have low-cut coke.

What do you mean "charged with?"

When billed for possession of crack a bill will simply read "Possession of Schedule II CDS, to wit, Cocaine"

Penalty is no different whether it's powder cocaine or crack if you're talking about possession

In La, PWIT is 2-30. Simple Poss is 0-5 for a small amount.

they tell the local papers "crack" is mainly what I mean.

So that way when some body googles your name it comes up as crack.

The actual charge part I am ignorant of. I can tell you a good lawyer makes pot charges into fines in EBR and JP.
