There is a Texas sit called faggy mexis, or something like that. They use a rep system. Too much bad rep and you're gone.
Sounds good, but the cliques will get anyone banned just because they don't like one post a user wrote.
It's a system ripe for abuse.

I remember ebaumsworld used to have a Banland where all the banned posters would only have access to one board, only accessible to other banned posters and mods.

the ability to upload photos directly my td post instead of having to go to photobucket upload there, then copy and paste it. Its not that hard if youre on desktop, but it's a pain in the arse if I'm on a mobile device.

My historically only suggestion would be to make a "submit to OP" button. That way you don't have to go back to the original post to reply. Less time spent there, more posts, more posts, more profit, more profit, more profit-sharing to the Premium members!!
