I always just finish a tube of it off then just stay off of it for about 2-3 months. After that I will start with creatine again but a different brand. I just don't like my body getting used to a certain product such as creatine or preworkout because it loses it effectiveness.

You typed "benefits of creatine". Of course the top sites are
Bodybuilding.com
Men's health
And "built lean"
I bet those have no association with the supplement industry.

You wouldn't know a juiced vs non-juiced weight lifter if they looked you in the eyes. But thanks for playing baby back dumbass. People like you are the worst in the fitness world.

I'm looking for a home recipe for an electrolyte boost. Water, salt, lemon juice isn't doing it for me. got a suggestion?
man I didn';t figure out till early last week that I needed an electrolyte supplement. was getting really wore down and weak when I should've had enough energy. drank some electrolyte infused water and it was like a light switch being turned on.
the only electrolyte supplement I've bought so far was some emergn-C electromix packs from a supplement store as a temporary fix. They're good and I may end up buying a larger pack of them. But I'll probably end up buying whatever the most popular one on amazon is.

Creatine is good one. Need to cycle off it from time to time though.
I've heard mixed reports on this.
some people in the know say to take it non stop other people in the know say to cycle off of it from time to time

So you worked out and lost 30 pounds. Creatine makes people bloat and gain weight.
Your results were not from creatine
