watch this video

guy knows his stuff. his other videos are really good as well

basically he recommends essential amino's, branch chain amino's, creatine, glutamine, coffee, and MCT's found in coconut oil

eta one of his other vids recommends taking an electrolyte supp, which I'd recommend as well

I'm doing the rocket31 pre-workout supplement plan.

3 Big Macs, a cherry coke, and an apple pie.

Best pre workout is the one that gives you energy to workout.

Sometimes all I do is have a big glass of water before.

nah

do you know what essential amino acids are and how they help you? LINK

do you understand all the benefits you get from creatine? LINK

you also need electrolytes to supplement those that you are sweating out, probiotics to help absorb protein, and increase the pH of your water aka increasing its alkalinity to aid in soreness reduction/muscle repair

Google it. It's also funny when YouTube guys talk about supplements when they obviously are using gear.

You sound like a wimp bitch.

Tell me how you know someone is juicing just by looking at them?

LOL.

Plenty of ways. Bloated stomachs. Dried out muscles. Having the same physique and stats as people who have tested positive for steroid use in the past. There are plenty of YouTube videos on this subject.

Let me guess. You think Dana Linn Bailey is natty too

Creatine is good one. Need to cycle off it from time to time though.

+1

I'm looking for a home recipe for an electrolyte boost. Water, salt, lemon juice isn't doing it for me. got a suggestion?
