im 32, never had this done before. I work out 4-5 days a week but nothing crazy. weights and some cardio for an hr each day. We had a nutritionist come to our work today talking to people about weight loss and such, and they were weighing people and checking body fat %. Mine was 10.2%, how good/bad is that for a 32 year old male?

Don't you complain about a little belly fat? If so, there is no way you are 10.2

10.2 for a 32 year old man is probably better than like 80% of the population.

10.2% is pretty ripped for a 32 year old. I'm 'lean' and stay around 16%. I felt pretty ripped once when dieting hard but never got under 10%.

Army says I'm 19% in my late 40s. I'm rocking the "dad bod".

i do think i have a little belly fat. And rather it is correct or not i dont know, they guy checked it and i actually told him to do it again to make sure, he did and it was 10.4 (so i brought the lower number to the ot) lol i dont have any clue about body fat. i figure 10% is in the normal range. Thats why i wanted to ask some people who actually may know

If you at the number, you will see the outline of a 6-pack.

If you don't, you are not 10.2%.

That's extremely good for anyone. Sounds like you're in good shape.

Do you have a very defined six pack? If not you are probably not at 10%.

If I go by that, looks like I'm in the 16-19 range. I've lost 35 pounds over the last year though so hopefully I can get lower than that.

10.2 is extremely lean, and as the other poster said, if you have a little bit of belly fat, you arent at 10.2%. 10% is washboard abs with obliques clearly visible and lower abdomen/groin muscles clearly visible. Also chest is clearly defined and "cutout".

Rich Froning is at about 9-10% right here. Are you close to this leanness?
