I do 5x5 MWF. Squats and power cleans have always been my favorites.

You gotta do all of that upper body stuff with the cable machine if you want maximum gainz bro.
Hope you're taking all of your pre and during and post workout supplements.

I'm usually a once per week guy where I crush my chest for an hour and need a full week to recover.

I did a strength routine once that included bench 5 times a week, but it was only 2 sets per day and 2-3 reps per set. It actually worked really well for increasing my 1rm. I used the same routine for legs also.
The theory was that rather than breaking down muscle fibers during your workout with high volume or intensity, you were slowly conditioning them to be able to lift about 5% more per week.

Sounds like a lot of fat dudes in here with zero explosiveness and zero athletic ability.
And probably see themselves as "ripped".

You have gone loco. 30 minutes tops 1 time a week if there is an eclipse.

I use to do bench twice a week for bench competitions but that was max. It was a heavy day and lightweight explosive day.
It really did help doing that. I got up to 435 no bands or shirts

I got up to 325 the other day.
Seeing if this 5 week program does anything.
