For those who like pre-workouts you can order the stuff to make your own for a fraction of the price.

The only thing that worries me about ordering this stuff is that it will get ruined in the heat. Is that a concern? It gets hot down here in MS, and the powders are usually in transport for a couple of days.

You've been working out for a while, right? What would you suggest I use? What combo?

I'm 5'11" 155-160. I want to get up to about 170. I'm changing my routine for mass building.

You need to find your maintenance and add 500. Do it the bulk slowly and smart. Dirty bulks aren't attractive and it's a pain in the arse come beach season.

It's just time to add some mass. I like being lean, but I want my arms and chest to be bigger.

I am no expert as far as protein supplements go. I would gradually increase your calories and monitor your weight and bodyfat levels. Add creatine if you are not already taking it. As far as the protein maybe a mix of slow and fast digesting protein sources.

I haven't, but I'm sure the hemp tastes like dirty hippie.

I eat shelled hemp seeds almost everyday.(add to salads, soups, shakes, etc) They actually have a really good flavor. Kind of like pine nuts.

Good stuff. High in protein(ten grams in just 3 tablespoons) and omega 3. Also try chia seeds.
