Rest day for me

What you got?

Any of y'all adjust your diet on a rest day as opposed to an active day? If so, how?

Posing Practice (trying to incorporate some Kai Greene moves in my next routine)

Rest Day diet usually stays the same. Mostly just listen to my body.

Just trying to create a forum for people to talk about shite. I learn stuff from reading what other people have to say.

Rest day is just as important.

Rest day for me too. No time for eggs this morning, had a shake instead.
Will have an apple, round steak and green beans for lunch, almonds/cashews/raisins for later snack, then ground turkey and quinoa for dinner

Front squatting - Day 21 of 21 day challenge. This may be all I get to. Maybe some snatch warm up work.

Did shoulders/bis/tris this morning. I'm currently without weights or a gym so I'm just doing p90x discs in the meantime to tide me over.

Breakfast was a protein shake with milk and a breakfast scramble consisting of egg whites, a little cheese, smoked sausage, spinach, and some pico de gallo.

It just depends on what you're going for. It gives you a different type of conditioning than exercising for bulk strength.
