Yeah I can't do any of these

Extended Full Body Plank

Pistol Squats

Unassisted Hand Stand Push Ups (I'm looking at you Goku).

Aztec Push Ups

Double Leg Circles on the Floor

Turkish Get Ups

Muscle Ups

Dragon Flags

Human Flags

Dumbbell Squats while standing on a Swiss Ball.


Okay, I might be able to do a couple of these. Maybe. But frick. This makes me feel like the past year has been a giant waste of time.


ETA: O, and just to make me feel worse, I googled what the frick an aztec push up looks like and, after viewing that video on youtube, saw this:

Worlds Strongest Boy Smashes World Record Not sure what kind of push ups these are, but we are all bitches compared to this kid. All of us.

ETA: unassisted handstand pushup might be tough tho

Yeah...

Their definition of "in shape" and the mainstream definition are completely different.

That last one is an injury waiting to happen. Doesn't have a great carryover to functional strength

I'm fairly certain I can do all of them.

One exercise that has always been tough on me is a pullup on a pullup bar...they're the hardest IMO. I haven't done any on a bar in a while (I use bands when I do X3), but I bet I can only get about 10 or so.

I find it hard to believe you could do all of the listed exercises when one of the most basic, least taxing ones gives you trouble.

I can do HSPU, TGU, a few Pistols, and can only do muscle ups on a bar. But I can knock out a whole lotta pull ups.

This one is dumb and will benefit your DR or PTs bank account more than your fitness.

Half of the others are quasi gymnastic moves that made for 120 lb gymnasts, not larger athletes.

Been working on Dragon Flags for awhile and can still only get a good 6 or 7 before starting to cheat.
