OT Workout Crew --- Men's locker room question

I only go to the Y, so this may be exclusive to that, but
Why does there seem to be a correlative ratio of how old you are to how long you feel the need to remain completely naked in the men's locker room?
I know I should be a grown up and not let it bother me, but it kind of does. Just annoying sometimes.

Why are you staring at other naked guys? Just because they are putting it out there doesn't mean you have to look. Also, unless you have some repressed homosexual tendencies then you should not be bothered by seeing another guy naked.

When all these old guys were lads the Y wouldn't let you wear swimsuits to swim. You had to swim naked.

One dude even walked out to the pool. I honestly think the old fart forgot. But nobody said a word. No kids though. It was the EARLY AM water aerobics crowd.

At my gym, they walk around with the towels around their necks and have group conversations. There are at least three morning guys who dry their balls under the hand dryers.
I don't care much, but when I turn the corner and the old guy is bending over and I see his wrickled arse and shriveled balls hanging down, its kind of annoying.

young guys have work, in a hurry, got young kids and stuff, time is issue, spend more time on gym floor, getting ready for date night and got tighter nut sacks

Last week an old dude was standing right in front of the entrance door blowdrying his balls with the hair dryer. I nearly puked.

there is at least one in every gym it seems like.
my last gym this old cat for some reason or the other had the same time cycle that everytime I finished working out he was in the shower. The creepy thing was this dude constantly said "oh yea".. like over and over. the entire time he showered, dressed, whatever. Then one day he left his old man diaper wrapper on the bench sit.
I never understood the concept of showering at the gym to put back on shorts and a tshirt to go home.
