Anybody have any experience with one? Any recommendations for a particular brand?

Are you trying to look like a colossal douchebag that will throw money at the newest fad? If so, then buy one. Make sure you store it in your yeti cooler that has the salt life sticker on it.

No input but please report back with your findings after using one. I'm curious to know if it's worth training with one for marathons/biking.

How in shape are you currently? Are you in good enough shape that the only thing that can help you progress is looking like an absolute idiot?

I'm probably in better shape than you. I don't even know what that is. So you probably don't need one.

I have seen a good bit of people wearing these over the past year. None of them appeared to be in exceptional shape.

But, but, there was this dude lifting this morning wearing one and he looked like a bad arse and thats what its all about - who looks like a bad arse. They've already got the tribal tattoos signifying that they're from the tribe of Ascension trailer park, now he wants to look like the badass Bane from the tribe of Ascension trailer park.

Do an hour of wind sprints 3 times a week and see if u still think you need a mask to restrict your breathing.

Training masks do not simulate altitude. They simply restrict breathing.

What is the value of restricting breathing?
