Exactly. Thankfully it's never happened to me to the point I had to worry about ramifications such as the OP. I've seen a few fights and beatdowns, the infamous ball peen was one such occurrence. But no charges were filed so there was never anything to worry about.

I'm trying to avoid specifics, however it happened between Pell city and the ham.
If it's who I think it is, and I'm not going to put my neck out by tying their name to anything, you need to let you DA and the sheriff know ASAP.

There isn't a criminal case. He stated that in the OP.
There isn't a civil case. He already stated that she was mad because they didn't win the Wrongful Death action.
Both of which are the case because of my testimony. I am the sole reason he wasn't charged, and didn't lose everything. I was the only witness. Hence the nervousness of retribution.
One thing I didn't mention in the op is that I got the impression she was recording our conversation. She repeated herself a lot and tried to get me to answer the same question multiple times.

I'll bet you anything that there was someone with her telling her what to say and what to ask. This whole thing would make me VERY leery.

Look, i'm not wanting to scare you. And i hope it's just some stupid girl that's behind all this. But while it's made fun of quite a bit on here, these types of things are serious. It's not a game. If this guy was really involved in a 1%er club, which sounds like that was the case, then the other members of that club consider him a brother and responsible for seeing "justice" (or what they call justice)served for their brother's death. The question is what are their resources and how willing are they to pursue this matter. The answer to both of those questions depends largely on what Club this guy belonged to. From the location the OP described, I'm pretty sure I know what club it is (which I'm not going to single them out on here). And if I'm right, there is a real chance this club is working some sort of plan here.

I'm just advising the OP to be cautious and to take steps to protect himself from possible danger.

1)Court battle just ended finally, at least that is what she said.
2)They might be, its not like I would know .

I haven't read the entire thread yet but I have a great deal of experience dealing with this type of thing, as I've been through it myself.
Has the trial been held? What was the outcome?
Were you ever contacted by someone from the District Attorney's office handling the case? You should have a victim/witness liaison or someone along those lines.
Your first course of action should be contacting the DA's office, not the defense attorney.
