OT Gearheads The Dodge Demon has launched

It's got 840 horses, does 0-60 in 2.3 seconds, and hits the quarter-mile in 9.65 at more than 140 mph.
No price as of yet...I say $105K. Thoughts??
ETA: Forgot this "The NHRA confirmed the drag time, and then banned the car from competition. Doesn’t mean you can’t still run it, though."

I've had an SRT8 Charger ride up on me (2016 WRX)......definitely quicker in a straight line. Then we hit an interstate ramp. As I pulled away, ole boys ride broke loose and almost ran into the barrier wall.
One thing I'll say about the Mustang GT and Camero SS, they are true track cars. I'm very impressed with both. Why do I have a WRX? It's a company car and I must have 4 doors.....and price is a consideration.

0-60 in 2.3 is impressive but I don't understand the appeal of a barely street legal dragster.
