Go to an actual crossfit gym that teaches a balance of everything not just a gym that tries to bury you.

You even said you're not strict with meal prepping so don't be frustrated with the diet just yourself.

If you are setting a goal to look good for summer or starting after Spring Break you don't understand fitness.

You need to set a goal of overall physical health FOREVER!

It doesn't really matter what program you go with. Find something that you enjoy doing and fits your budget/schedule.

It's a lifestyle, not a fad or lose weight quick. Either exercise for better health or get fat and happy.

There is no fast diet that last, Fact.

Jesus Christ there is some bad advice in this thread. Runs the whole spectrum too, from eat breakfast because it will kick start your metabolism(cough bullshite cough) to sit in a sauna for weight loss(cough bullshite cough).

Honestly at your age you need some structure. Go read lean gains. Specifically go read the frickarounditus article and go on reddit and read the stickies and download the spread sheet.

Crossfit in the morning

Strength training after rush hour

Probably making it to the games this year
