I'm trying to get back in shape but I've very impatient, I use to workout two times a day in HS so once I get into a routine I love working out. Well HS was about 3 years ago, I use to eat like shite because I never really saw a difference in my body. That was too good to be true of course, I only weigh about 5 pounds heavier than I did in HS but you could imagine all that muscle is a shell of what it use to be. I started meal prepping about a month ago and besides feeling a lot better, I haven't really seen a difference (I haven't been super strict).

I've done CrossFit before and I really liked it besides the fact that it was torture, I'd be interested in getting back into it after Spring Break. I'd really like to be back to the glory days for summer.

Any advice?

I can really tell a diffence in my face and that pisses me off the most...that's pure diet though?? Sorry for the terrible structure but basically I want something that I will see results quick.

TIA

You and your boyfriend should continue doing Crossfit. You can even make your Facebook profile picture something really original like one or both of you doing handstands in random places.

Advice fatty to fatty:

-Eat breakfast. keep it small and somewhat healthy. this will kickstart your metabolism every morning, thus burning more calories.

-run and walk on the treadmill. at least 30-45 min every time you work out.

-sit in the sauna or steamroom. this will burn water weight.

Sorry about the upvote, OP. I'd never purposely upvote a crossfit post.

Did you call your gym a box?

Did you call you significant other a box bunny?

Did you wear long socks and short shorts?

Did you tell everyone about your WOD?

Did you honestly believe Froning, Bridges, and those other games athletes are all natural?

1. Stop thinking about get fit quick strategies and think about how to improve in the long run.

2. Don't wait until after spring break, set your alarm, go to the gym tomorrow morning.

3. No excuses. You're body will reflect the effort you put into it

I can't workout until at the earliest Friday, I had surgery two weeks ago and I can't workout until my stitches get out.

So maybe Monday
