The echo sympton leads me to believe you're suffering from diplacusis, which is a neural problem. As a commenter said earlier, you probably have a buildup of fluid pressuring a nerve.

I would like to get my ears professionaly cleaned by an ENT like once every 3 months.
Is this a thing they will do?
I usually don't end up at one until there's an issue. Preventative maintenance and all is what I'm thinking.

Does it have to be an ENT? Maybe someone could open an "Ear and Nasal Lavage" salon next to the eyebrows, nails, and anal bleaching places in strip malls.

Sometimes TMJ issues masquerade as fullness or pressure in the ear on the affected side. The symptom caused by biting down hard is the tip off.
A visit to your dentist is in order.
