The rule is 1/2 your age, + 7. Any more than that and you're a creepyass motherfricker.

I honestly couldn't give a frick less about how old someone is.

Both you and that poster above you are breaking the rule by a year. So while you think you might be winning, everybody you know is talking shite about you behind your back. I mean, if that's OK with you, then cool.

Who made that rule, and what gave them the authority to do so?
Posted on 1/18/14 at 10:25 pm to Greengirl
Dating, no more than 2 years in either direction. Sex-15 years older and 16 years younger.

I don't know. But its pretty legit. If I were in my mid twenties and someone in my group of friends was dating a 42 year old, what in God's name could that person have in common with us?

What can people of different ages have in common? Morals, values, political views, taste in music or art, sense of humor, favorite sports teams, college majors, occupations, hobbies, personalities. Don't you have older or younger friends, favorite aunts and uncles, or other people you socialize with across age brackets?

You know nothing about us. We have the kind of relationship few people in the world are ever lucky enough to experience.

Hey, don't be mad at me. It's your friends that think that old dude you're boning is a weirdo. And no level of acceptance that you think you're going to bridge is ever going to change it. Ever.

Sadly I dated a 16 year old for a year before finding out when she turned 18 a few months after we broke up. Roll Tide
Posted on 1/18/14 at 11:33 pm to bbeck
5 months difference. I courted her for 7 years, and have been married for 18.

I'm not mad at you. I'm answering a question you asked.
