re: Ordering Stuff Online Sure Is Great

If you are not a kid or hot chick, you have no business ordering any type of jersey. The delayed shipping is saving you from yourself.

I've always understood the processing and shipping process to mean that before it ships they have to process it, which could take up to a few days depending on when you ordered. How in the hell does processing it take a full week? Should have been an email waiting for me today that says your order has been processed and is in shipment.

Listen. I'm 24. Never owned an actual professional sports jersey in my life. Only been to 1 Falcons game as well. Thought this would be a great game to rep my favorite current Falcon and former Seminole. frick you people saying jerseys are trashy. Stop worrying about what other people wear to sporting events.

At least we can agree on that.

So last Wed (10/19) I decided to place an order through the Atlanta Falcons Fan Shop, which is a part of NFL-shop.com, for a Devonta Freeman throwback jersey. Received one follow up email which was only a thank you for ordering and here's your order number so that you can track your package. Waited till today to call up and see where my order was, and found out it's still being processed, and won't even leave the warehouse for shipping till Wed (10/26).
When I placed my order it said the shipping takes 3-7 business days so I figured it would arrive between the 24th and 28th, which is perfect because I ordered it with the intent of wearing it to the Falcons/Packers game on (10/30). Well, that's not the case. The customer service rep said it will ship on the 26th, so expect it to arrive 3-7 business days from then. I told them that's way too slow and needed it before the 30th. Apparently they can't even upgrade the shipping to 2 day because it's "too far" into processing and they couldn't even cancel my order at this point if I wanted, which now I do considering it won't be here in time.
My options now are a) to wait for it to get here after the 30th and then return it for a refund, b) to wait for it to ship here some day the week after the 30th and keep it, or c) buy it from somewhere else before Sunday.
I feel like I've been wronged here, and there's nothing I can do about it.

I ordered a Spurs hat along with a few other things on the 13th. I called them last week because I hadn't gotten a confirmation email. The girl told me that it takes seven business days to "process" and order and then they send it out 3-7 days later.

11 days later, still no confirmation email and still no Spurs hat.

What grinds my gears is the supervisor at customer service I spoke to told me that my order was "too far" into processing and could not be cancelled at this point. Only option would be to wait till it gets here, then return it, and my refund would come like 11 days later after they get the order back. They even insisted that since I wasn't satisfied they would cover the return shipping. Gee thanks, assholes!
