I was raised on the Bayou Courtableau with water mocassins and turtles and huge garfish.

In multiple threads about swimming in the lake I've seen people whining about it being polluted or catching dysentery. What would they say if they compared the fecal coliform level from Old Beach to the average bathtub or swimming pool?

Doesn't seem like the ideal swimming spot. Never heard of anyone doing it.. Personally
