Exxon has $4.3B in cash/cash eq as of 3q '15
Chevron has $13.2B in cash/cash eq same period

Apple has $41.6B in cash/cash eq same period.


The big stable oil companies will have the ability to buy a bunch of really cheap assets here very soon.

That's capitalism at work.
