I get this.... but there is also some truth in that there is a difference in your local dive bartender and someone that can accurately craft a cocktail.

Not saying it's something you need to go to the shite bartending school to learn, but not every bartender can work a bar in a fast efficient pace while accurately making specialty drinks.
