I have mitrol valve prolapse and an irregular heartbeat. Doesn't affect what I can do day to day just got to be smart about diet, exercise, and if your chest starts hurting or you get short of breath stop and relax.

Prayers.

Nurse came in and took his viatls, then another nurse came in and did the ekg. The dr came in and listened to his heart and asked a pot of questions (diet, activities, drink, drugs, suplements, stress) Seemed to keep going back to if he was having any problems or stress. He has to wear a heart monitor for a month, then go back to the cardiologist in two months. Dr said he can go back to regular activities, said he can do whatever he wants also g as it doesn't break the monitor..<--From yesterday...

Thank you guys for all the prayers and well wishes

Just wondering, is your boy on any ADHD meds? After spending about 20 years on them I now occasionally have an irregular heartbeat.

Could be pericarditis. He's a little young for it, but it's possible.
